Refund Policy

At Attire Essential, we are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order fashion that meets your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied and your item is eligible for return, here's how our refund process works:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for items that:

  • Are eligible for return (non-customized, unused, and returned within the return window)

  • Pass our quality check upon return

  • Are not part of our non-returnable categories (see below)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items (including Make Your Own Style products)

  • 100% prepaid orders

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition

Refund Method

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days after approval)

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation (within 7–10 business days)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered production.

  • Customized or prepaid orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
